A perfect inspection, on a perfect day

True to form, Eleanor Williams blows the whistle to open the market at 10:00 a.m. Friday. Unbelievable, or all too believable, Virden Farmers’ Market got off to a cold and windy start on May 26.

Border Regional Library works to keep the newest titles available for Virden readers. The spring barbecue and book sale is a big fundraising event to help Mary Ann Lamy and staff do just that.
